Doll pets and accessories are not quite like accessories for people, so they need to be cared for in a special way. A little prevention can go a long way towards keeping your Loyal Pals nice and tidy for years to come!
Since Loyal Pals can be made of a range of materials, we recommend avoiding commercial cleaners and detergents as those products may damage your product. To clean the surface of any Loyal Pals, simply use a damp cloth and warm water.
It is also a very good idea to avoid exposing your Loyal Pals to heat sources like direct sunlight, irons, and clothes dryers, especially for items that contain plastics.
Important Tips
OG Dolls and their Loyal Pals are always ready for fun and adventure. Just remember - the BEST kind of adventure for your OG Dolls is in your imagination!
Your Our Generation Loyal Pal has a cuddly, soft body that should not get wet. Pretend swimming is ok! But please do not submerse your doll pet in water.
OG Loyal Pals love pretending to play outside, but please make sure not to let your doll or their pets sit in the sun for too long…exposure to heat of any kind can cause serious harm to your toy!
We know you will do everything you can to keep your Loyal Pal happy and healthy! (And you can always bring them to the Healthy Paws Vet Clinic if they need some extra care!)
